Custom Orders
Because custom and made-to-order items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted once work has started. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help.
Payment & Deposits
Full payment is required upfront before custom work begins. Prices may adjust if specialty leathers, dyes, or hardware are requested, and customers will be notified before production. Prices are subject to material costs and complexity of design.
We offer a range of leather types, colors, and finishes. Some premium options may include an upgrade cost, which will always be confirmed before we move forward.
Timelines
We’ll provide an estimated completion time when you place your order. Please remember that each item is made by hand and completion times may vary depending on design complexity, workload, or material availability.
Design Changes
Once leather is cut or dyed, major design changes cannot be made. Adjustments requested mid-project are subject to approval and may result in additional costs or extended timelines.
Care & Warranty
Leather is meant to age, patina, and tell your story over time. Proper care will keep your item strong for years to come. Basic care instructions are provided with every order. Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered, but we may offer repairs at our discretion.
Responsibility
We stand behind our craftsmanship. However, 3 Feather EDC is not responsible for natural leather variations, aging, or damage caused after delivery. In the event of a craftsmanship defect or an error on our part (such as incorrect specifications), please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we may repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-custom, ready-to-ship products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unmodified, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Fit Guarantee
If a sheath does not fit due to an error in our craftsmanship, we will correct or replace it at no additional charge.
General Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
