Our builds are done in-house with products sourced from American companies. Each custom sheath that we design is specific to the knife model itself. Because each item is handmade by order, we have a dedicated lead time.
We do not craft sheaths based off of general measurements. The reason is that many generic knife sheaths don't fit the knife properly. It's either too big, too small, or very ill-fitting and that can be dangerous because knife cuts are sneaky.
We use the process of wet forming and molding the sheath to the knife for a proper, durable, and snug fit that is made to last a lifetime. That process requires us to have the product in hand to build the sheath around the knife. It is catalogued and documented when it is received so that it leaves in the same condition in which it arrived, but gets to take home a little sheath friend. We cover the cost of shipping the knife back to you.
We want something that customers and knife owners will carry with pride because it is crafted with purpose. Colors may vary, styles may be different, but our quality is consistent and reliable.
